新型冠状病毒导致多器官功能衰竭的机制探讨

Mechanistic investigation of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome induced by 2019 novel coronavirus

摘要:

2019年末新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)很快在全球范围内传播,成为2020年的国际公共卫生事件。目前临床病例数据提示2019-nCoV引起多器官功能衰竭(MODS)是导致患者死亡的重要原因,但是其具体机制仍不清楚。本文结合目前临床数据及前期研究结果,初步探讨2019-nCoV导致MODS的机制。

Abstract:

An outbreak of 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) in the end of 2019 rapidly becomes a public health emergency of international concern in the following 2020. At present, clinical data revealed that multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) is the leading cause of patient death. However, the detailed mechanism is poorly understood. In this article, we aim to discuss the pathoge-nesis of MODS induced by 2019-nCoV infection based on current clinical data and previous studies.
