新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下老年人胃肠疾病的管理

Management of gastrointestinal diseases in the epidemic of coronavirus disease 2019 in the elderly

2020年2月12日,世界卫生组织将2019新型冠状病毒感染导致的疾病命名为2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)。老年人因免疫功能减退、多合并心脑血管等慢性基础疾病,是感染此病的高危人群,科学的防控对他们至关重要。本文从病毒可否经消化道传播、疫情期间老年人消化道症状如何处理、疫情期间如何预防出现胃肠疾病等方面进行了综述,以期为老年人的防控提供参考。

Abstract:

On February 12,2020, 2019 novel coronavirus infection was named by the World Health Organization as the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The elderly are at high risk of the virus infection because of their immune dysfunction and underlying comorbidities such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. In this paper, we reviewed whether the virus can be transmitted through the digestive tract, and during the epidemic, how the digestive tract symptoms should be managed in the elderly and how gastrointestinal diseases can be prevented in a view to providing reference for the prevention and control of COVID-19 in the elderly.
