循环肿瘤细胞检测在晚期肿瘤患者维持治疗中的应用

摘要:

循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)检测敏感性和特异性较高,且创伤小、取材方便,具有可重复性,其在肿瘤早期诊断、临床分期、指导治疗及预测预后等方面的优势已得到临床认可,但CTC作为维持治疗疗效判定指征的意义尚未明确。本文针对CTC提取分离、检测方法、临床应用以及维持治疗期间检测的意义予以综述。

Abstract:

Circulating tumor cells (CTC) detection, due to its good sensitivity and specificity, less trauma, convenience and repeatability of obtaining materials, has gained clinical consensus for its advantages in early diagnosis, clinical staging, guiding treatment and predicting prognosis. However, it still remains unclear that the significance of CTC as an indicator for maintenance therapy. In this paper, we reviewed the extraction, isolation, detection and clinical application of CTC, and its value in maintenance therapy.
