大力关注和研究老年失能问题

Disability in the elderly deserves full attention and further study

摘要:

本文首先介绍了我国人口老龄化的若干特点。我们认为除了要进一步加强老年病的防控外,还必须大力关注老年人失能问题。文内全面介绍了老年人失能的定义、流行病学、经济负担、危险因素、评估方法、诊断标准和干预措施。

Abstract:

We firstly introduced some characteristics of aging population in China. We must focus on the elderly disability problem as well as further strengthening the prevention and control of geriatric diseases. We introduced comprehensively the definition, epidemiology, economic burden, risk factors, assessment methods, diagnostic criteria and intervention measures of disability in the elderly.
