哮喘是一种慢性疾病,目前已从遗传基因、脂肪因子、炎性损伤、肥胖相关并发疾病等方面提出了各种假说以解释肥胖与哮喘的关系,但机制尚不明确。肥胖与哮喘仍是研究人员感兴趣的话题,本文综述了肥胖与哮喘之间的最新研究进展,以期为临床提供参考。

Abstract:

Asthma is a chronic disease. In present, a variety of hypotheses have been proposed to elucidate the relationship between obesity and asthma, including genetic factors, adipokines, inflammatory injury, and obesity related diseases, but the underlying mechanism remains unclear. The relationship of obesity and asthma is still a topic of interest to researchers. This article reviewed the latest researches on their relationship, in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
