摘要:

呼吸道感染是危害人类生命健康的常见疾病,具有较高的发病率和死亡率,给患者和社会带来巨大负担。目前诊治仍主要依靠临床指标,缺乏客观特异的实验室指标。呼吸道感染的早期诊断和预后评估对医疗资源合理分配至关重要。本文主要介绍了常用生物学标志物在下呼吸道感染诊治的临床应用价值及展望。

Abstract:

Respiratory tract infection,as a common disease with high morbidity and mortality, has endangered human life and health, and exerted a big burden on families and the whole society. Because of lacking specific laboratory indicators, its diagnosis and treatment mainly relies on clinical symptom. Early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation is important for rational allocation of medical resources. This article mainly introduced clinical values and prospects of biological markers in helping management of lower respiratory tract infection.
