Therapy for elderly non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma patients

非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）是老年人较为常见的血液淋巴系统恶性肿瘤。老年NHL在临床表现上存在异于普通成人患者的特点。在治疗上，老年人一般状态差，基础疾病多，治疗难度大，预后较差。因此，针对老年人自身特点的个体化治疗是较为适合的选择；同时支持治疗也非常重要。

Abstract:

Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) is a kind of hematological malignant disease common in the elderly. Elderly NHL patients present specific clinical characteristics different from young and middle aged ones. Due to poor general status, comorbidities, and poor response to treatment, elderly NHL patients have poor prognosis. So individualized therapy for elderly NHL patients is strongly recommended, and support treatment is also very important.
