随着治疗心房颤动新技术、新药物的涌现，以及相关临床研究结果的公布，加拿大及欧洲纷纷对其心房颤动的管理指南进行更新，特别是欧洲心脏病学会（ESC）于2010年单独发表了指南，并于2012年再次单独发表了指南更新，在这种形势下，美国心脏病学会和美国心脏协会仅将2006年指南和2011年指南中的推荐编纂修订予以发表。其用意值得玩味。本文重点解读其与临床实践密切相关的部分内容。

Abstract:

With the emergence of new technologies and drugs in treatment of atrial fibrillation, and the reports of clinical trails concerning this aspect, European Society of Cardiology (ESC) and Canadian Cardiovascular Society both have updated the guidelines for the management of atrial fibrillation. Especially, the ESC published the guidelines alone in 2010, and then published the update for the guidelines alone again in 2012. Under this situation, the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association only compiled and revised the recommends of the guidelines published in 2006 and in 2011. Their intention is worth pondering. This article focused on the interpretation of some contents which are closely related to clinical practice.
