摘要:

甘油三酯葡萄糖指数已被提出可作为胰岛素抵抗的简易灵敏的替代指标,且已有研究表明其与罹患心血管疾病风险呈正相关,对心血管疾病患者的早期筛查、危险分层及预后判断有潜在能力。因此本文就甘油三酯葡萄糖指数对心血管疾病的临床应用价值及最新研究进展做一综述。

Abstract:

Triglyceride glucose index has been proposed as a simple and sensitive alternative indicator of insulin resistance, and some studies have shown that it is positively correlated with the risk of cardiovascular disease, which has potential ability for early screening, risk stratification and prognosis judgment of patients with cardiovascular disease. Therefore, this article reviewed the clinical application value of triglyceride glucose index in cardiovascular diseases and the latest research progress.
