    摘要:

    下肢浅静脉曲张是临床常见的静脉疾病,发病率随年龄增长而升高。随着微创技术的发展,泡沫硬化疗法广泛应用于静脉曲张的治疗。泡沫稳定性是泡沫硬化疗法中的关键问题,与临床治疗效果和安全性密切相关。目前聚多卡醇硬化剂的临床应用较为广泛,研究发现多种因素都会对聚多卡醇泡沫稳定性产生影响,如温度、气体成分、液气比例、硬化剂浓度、表面活性剂、制备方法等。本文主要对聚多卡醇泡沫硬化剂稳定性的相关研究进行综述,以期对泡沫硬化剂能更安全、有效的应用于临床提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Superficial varicose veins of lower extremities is a common venous condition clinically. The incidence of varicosity increases with age. The development of minimally invasive technology leads to wide application of foam sclerotherapy in the treatment of varicose veins. Foam stability, the key in foam sclerotherapy, is closely related to the therapeutic effect and safety. At present, polydocanol sclerosant is commonly used for sclerotherapy. Studies have shown that stability of polydocanol foam is affected by multiple factors such as temperature, gas composition, liquid-gas ratio, concentration of sclerosant, surfactant and preparation. This article mainly reviews recent research on the stability of polidocanol sclerosant foam with a view to providing evidence for safe and effective clinical application of polydocanol sclerosant foam.
