老年住院患者跌倒危险因素及风险评估的研究进展

Risk factors and risk assessment for falls in hospitalized elderly patients

摘要:

我国老年住院患者占比逐年增加,跌倒作为老年住院患者常见的伤害,随着年龄增长,其发生率随之增加。因此,对老年住院患者跌倒的早期识别愈加重要。本文综述了老年住院患者的危险因素及风险评估方法,以期能够为临床工作中跌倒预防及护理工作的开展提供一定的指导意见,旨在提高老年住院患者的安全性及医院护理管理质量。

Abstract:

Since the proportion of elderly inpatients grows year by year, the incidence of fall, a common injury in these patients, is increasing with age. Therefore, early recognition of falls in elderly inpatients is essential. This review summarizes the risk factors and risk assessment methods of hospitalized elderly patients, in order to provide some guidance and suggestions for clinical fall prevention and nursing work and to improve the safety of the patients and quality of hospital nursing management.
